Sorry it has been so long since we have posted a new entry but we have been super busy. Spring is upon us and it brings so many more activities to a persons schedule. Jaz just had her first camp out last Saturday with her Girl Scouts troop. They stayed inside a lodge at Camp Widjiwagan on Lake Springfield. They roasted marshmallows and of course enjoyed some s'mores, discovered horses and other wildlife on a hike and did some arts and crafts. She had a blast and ended up taking a 3 hour nap on Sunday.
School will be out soon. Only 3 more weeks left - man how time flies. Jaz's summer will be super packed with visits to South Carolina, going to the beach and so much more. She is enrolled in Y.N.O.T. camps here in Springfield which will be a new adventure for her. I here it is wonderful and that they do a lot of fun activities with the kids every day.
Since our last entry we have rented out our house to a friend and are in the processing of moving into Nana's place. Nana, my mom, has since relocated to Florida to live the good life. And Jaz and I fully support that as we now have a wonderful vacation spot in our back pockets. ;-) Jaz is quite the little beach bum so Nana got major brownie points for this one.
Work is going great for me. I am really loving what I am doing and I look forward to what the future has to offer. I also have two very exciting projects on the back burner so as soon as I get those rolled out, I will let you know. But for now, they have to stay a surprise.
